




According to TNN, the programme, titled EVolve – EV Innovation Cohort, will support startup founders and researchers working across the electric vehicle (EV) value chain, the agency said in a statement.
Focus across EV value chain
EVolve will address multiple segments of electric mobility, including vehicle design, battery and energy storage technologies, power electronics, charging infrastructure, software and connectivity solutions, and circular economy innovations.The initiative is designed to provide technical validation, domain-specific mentorship, industry linkages and access to an established innovation ecosystem. Selected startups will undergo a structured incubation journey to strengthen product readiness and market alignment.
At the end of the programme, participants will showcase their solutions at a demo day before industry leaders, investors and ecosystem stakeholders.
The collaboration brings together KSUM’s startup enablement framework and TrEST Research Park’s deep-tech research capabilities and industry-academia interface. The partners said the effort aims to catalyse high-impact innovations that can support sustainable mobility and India’s expanding EV landscape.Applications for the cohort are open to innovators, researchers and startups working in EV and allied technologies. The last date to apply is January 27, 2026.
