Many employees in India often feel that their hard work goes unnoticed by their bosses. But some leaders make sure to appreciate their team in meaningful ways. Recently, a start up owner from Indore made headlines for surprising four of his top employees with electric cars. Ankit Barbeta, the founder of Innoveg, a company known for supplying high-quality seeds, personally handed over the car keys to his team.

In a video, Barbeta praised his employees by calling them warriors and announced that each of them will drive home in a brand new Tata Nexon. The clip begins with Barbeta announcing that four of his top employees are about to receive Tata Nexon EVs. To make it fun, he mixes the car keys and asks the employees to pick one randomly. Each of them then walks toward the parked cars, unsure which key will match which vehicle.

Startup Owner Gift EVs To Top Employees

The video shows that employees are clearly excited while unlocking their new EVs. All four electric cars were parked side by side, along with a black Tata Harrier EV in the middle. The clip also captures the employees, along with the rest of the company team, receiving the cars at the showroom.

Sharing the video on Instagram, Ankit Barbeta wrote, “It’s an honour to be recognised, but my real luck is having my own people. Grateful to God, today, the Nexon EVs are for my people.”

Social Media Praise The Founder

Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “If I have a boss like this, I’ll want to work with all my heart. Can I get a job too?”

Another jokingly shared, “No need to take it too seriously. The content is made, just give back the key and go eat kachoris inside.”

“Every employer should treat their employees like this, not the cars, but it’s the thought that counts. God bless,” a comment read.

One more hilariously added, “My company manager says it’s AI.”
