Digital Healthcare Partners (DHP, CEO Yoon-seop Choi), an investment firm specializing in digital healthcare startups, announced on the 23rd that it has concluded the ‘DHP Silicon Valley Bootcamp 2026,’ which supports the global expansion of domestic digital healthcare companies.
This program is a three-month acceleration program consisting of domestic pre-mentoring in January, a two-week intensive on-site training camp in Silicon Valley, USA in February, and domestic post-mentoring in March. DHP was selected as the implementing agency for Seoul Biohub’s global expansion growth acceleration program and operated the bootcamp in cooperation with the local accelerator Outsome.
The seven startups finally selected are Lilycover (Beauty AI) ▲Metrit (Dementia Diagnosis AI) ▲Monit (Smart Diaper Monitoring) ▲Innovide (Dentist-Dental Laboratory Linkage Platform) ▲Talos (Brain Aneurysm Prediction AI) ▲PapaRaway (Learning Record Sharing App) ▲Huber (Medical AI Agent). Through preliminary mentoring in Korea, they improved their IR materials and gained practical experience through two weeks of intensive training in Silicon Valley, building networks with local VCs and founders, and executing GTM strategies.
At the ‘VC Roundtable,’ the core of the bootcamp, IR pitches were delivered to local investors such as Novo Holdings, IndieBio, and StarChain Ventures. As a result, Huber received investment review proposals from Pegasus Tech Ventures and Quantum Prime Ventures, while Monit held a follow-up meeting with Equitage Ventures. Lillycover also successfully secured a follow-up investment meeting with Novo Holdings. The participating companies also had the opportunity to receive feedback from a dedicated healthcare partner during a visit to Khosla Ventures.
Individual achievements also emerged. Talos signed a U.S. clinical validation agreement with Johns Hopkins University, while Monit secured advisor contracts with senior care consultants and connections to major distribution channels. Innovide proceeded with the onboarding of a new Dental Service Organization (DSO), and Metrit agreed to research collaboration with a genomics and RNA analysis startup. Huber began discussions on a Proof of Concept (PoC) and collaboration on medical AI research and publication with Stanford School of Medicine.
During the bootcamp, local mentoring, special lectures, and workshops were also conducted. Through a special lecture by UpZen CEO Ki-yong Han, a lecture by Partner Attorney Jeong-eun Kim of the U.S. law firm WilmerHale, a discussion with Lunit Chairman Seung-wook Paik, a session with Taewoong Medical USA CEO Min-soo Seo, and a global founder workshop, participating companies experienced strategies for entering Silicon Valley and know-how for attracting investment.
“The biggest achievement of this bootcamp was that participating companies met directly with local VCs and experts to generate tangible results, such as investment reviews, clinical contracts, and securing distribution channels,” said DHP CEO Choi Yoon-seop. “We will continue to support the entry of domestic digital healthcare startups into the U.S. by regularizing the Silicon Valley bootcamp.”
Domestic digital healthcare startups are increasingly expanding opportunities for global investment and collaboration through Silicon Valley acceleration programs.
