Alibaba International has introduced Accio Work, a no-code enterprise AI agent platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses automate complex operational tasks without requiring technical setup.
According to the company, the platform deploys specialised agents to handle functions including market analysis, product design, sourcing, compliance, inventory management, and logistics. It can manage VAT filings across more than 100 markets, execute supplier negotiations, and oversee marketing and shipping through messaging apps such as Telegram and WhatsApp.
Accio Work evolved from Accio, an AI-powered B2B sourcing engine first launched in November 2024, says the company. According to Alibaba International, the original Accio now serves over 10 million monthly active users globally.
The system uses dynamic orchestration to assemble cross-functional teams of agents that work in parallel on given tasks. Users can also create reusable “skills” to standardise or share their business processes. Accio Work draws directly from real-time consumer trends and transaction records from Alibaba’s e-commerce platforms. The platform uses sandboxed environments and requires explicit user approval for high-stakes actions involving finances or file access. Users can choose not to save data on servers.
Accio Work is scheduled to be available on Accio.com by the end of March.
