Sachin K. Gupta, Founder and Global CEO of IKS Health, emphasized that this acquihire is a critical step in leaning into “agentic AI” (artificial intelligence systems that can autonomously pursue complex goals and workflows). The goal is to build differentiated, forward-looking solutions that combine autonomous AI workflows with “human-in-the-loop” expertise to solve complex healthcare administration challenges and optimize revenue.
