- OpenEvidence has also sued “medical knowledge” platform Pathway Medical on similar claims.
- Though the technology at issue may be novel, said OpenEvidence’s counsel, it is still protected by the Defend Trade Secrets Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
