MWBE/SBE launches Juegos, a multilingual platform connecting residents, visitors, small businesses, and municipalities to power year-round engagement and local economic growth
Montclair, N.J. – Juegos AI Lab, a technology company focused on strengthening local economies and community engagement through digital innovation, has launched Juegos Social, an integrated platform that helps residents, visitors, businesses, and municipalities discover, share, and engage with local opportunities in real time. From everyday neighborhood activities to major cultural, tourism, and sporting events, the platform serves as a digital hub for participation, communication, and community connection.
The Juegos ecosystem is powered by three integrated solutions, all accessible through the Juegos Social mobile app:
● Juegos Social: A mobile app that enables residents and visitors to discover local events, businesses, experiences, and community opportunities in real time.
● Juegos Business: A platform built to support small businesses, increase visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and engage local audiences more effectively.
● Juegos Government: Developed for municipalities, counties, states, and nonprofit organizations, with tools to improve public communication, support local economic development, and foster stronger community engagement.
Together, these solutions help communities create more meaningful local connections, increase visibility for businesses and organizations, and drive participation in everyday community life and at major destination events.
As the New York/New Jersey region prepares to host FIFA World Cup 2026, including the Final and seven additional matches at MetLife Stadium, Juegos AI Lab has been selected as the official innovation partner for La Plaza de Fútbol at American Dream, part of the broader Dream Fan Fest experience. The partnership highlights how communities, businesses, and public organizations can leverage technology to drive participation, build local engagement, and extend the economic impact of one of the world’s most-watched sporting events.

“At its core, Juegos is about helping people discover and participate more fully in the communities around them,” said Elisa Charters, founder of Juegos AI Lab and New Jersey native. “Whether it’s supporting a local business, finding a community event, or engaging in a global moment like the World Cup, we’re building technology that makes local connections more accessible, visible, and impactful.”
As part of the La Plaza de Fútbol partnership, onboarding is now open to up to 1,100 participants over the 39-day experience at American Dream, while spots remain available. Charters emphasized that now is the time for New Jersey businesses, municipalities, and organizations to act, as interested participants are urged to secure their space as soon as possible. Registration and details for booth opportunities at this once-in-a-lifetime global event are available at https://plaza.futbol/about.
The Juegos Social mobile app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, is free for all users. The company is offering a free enterprise pilot period on the Juegos Government platform through December 2026, and a free one-year subscription to the Juegos Business platform for small business members in good standing of New Jersey statewide chambers that are part of the New Jersey Small Business Growth Council coalition.
Originating in New Jersey, Juegos AI Lab has been shaped by the contributions of more than 80 undergraduate and graduate academic translational researchers from the state’s universities. All commercial development has been incubated domestically, and the company is committed to using only closed-system, agentic AI modeling based on libraries of practical and government data to help users improve performance. No data is sold by Juegos AI Lab.
In addition to communications and outreach tools, Juegos includes features that help communities better understand, track, and measure local activity and economic signals over time. This data-informed approach supports strategic planning to strengthen long-term workforce development and affordability.
Organically, what began as a mobile app idea to address mental health and the social epidemic of loneliness has emerged into an enterprise engine that serves multiple stakeholders. Its evolution has coincided with the World Cup, positioning the team to apply the platform in the professional sports arena and on the world stage, supporting fandom, social connection, and community participation across local and global events.
The World Cup opportunity reflects a broader vision to help communities turn moments of attention into lasting, evergreen, legacy engagement. Flex-tested to support major cultural and sporting events, the platform’s primary focus is helping residents, visitors, businesses, and public organizations stay connected, informed, and engaged in real time throughout the year.
Juegos combines cutting-edge multilingual technology with interactive geospatial mapping for optimal discovery. Available in six languages and expanding to 20, the platform is designed to make community participation more accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
