Prosperr.io, a Bengaluru-based fintech SaaS company, has secured $4 million in seed funding to develop its AI-driven tax management platform. The funding round was primarily led by Jungle Ventures, with participation from Yatra Angel Network, Sadev Ventures, and other strategic backers.
According to the company, this latest funding increases Prosperr.io’s total capital raised to $5.55 million.
Founded in 2022, the startup intends to utilise the fresh capital to accelerate product development and enhance its B2B sales framework as it advances its enterprise platform and seeks to enter new sectors, including wealth management.
Founded by Manas Gond and Dev Kumar, both with engineering backgrounds, Prosperr.io is addressing one of the most persistent challenges in fintech: managing taxes in an increasingly complex, global financial landscape. As individuals earn income from various sources and businesses grow cross-border, tax compliance has struggled to keep pace, the company said in a release.
For salaried employees, Prosperr.io is developing a continuous taxation platform that aligns with users’ financial objectives while identifying eligible deductions through proactive adviser engagement, it added.
Additionally, the startup provides tax-saving allowances for employees and simplifies reimbursement processes for businesses through automation and AI.
“Our integrated Flexi Benefit Plan and Super Saver Plan are transforming how businesses and individuals handle tax, savings, and compliance. With 3x YoY revenue growth, this round accelerates our AI and product roadmap to serve millions with smarter, more compliant financial solutions,” Manas Gond, CEO and co-founder, Prosperr.io, said in a statement.
The company has expanded its enterprise product line with an AI-driven reimbursement solution to handle the complexities of corporate tax operations.
Since its last funding round in June 2024, Prosperr.io said its revenue has surged 5x, and the company has improved both B2B and B2C offerings, with 80% retention among consumer clients and 100% among enterprise clients.
“Tax is one of the most under-innovated layers of financial infrastructure, and the complexity only compounds as individuals earn across multiple streams and businesses operate global workflows,” said Rishab Malik, partner, Seed Investments, Jungle Ventures. “Their ability to embed AI directly into compliance, deduction, and reimbursement workflows is creating a new category of tax infrastructure for both individuals and enterprises.”
