AI services startup Aivar has secured $4.6 million in a Seed funding round led by Sorin Investments, with additional participation from Bessemer Venture Partners. The company plans to use the capital to strengthen its presence across India, the US, and the Middle East, while continuing to invest in AI accelerators, senior talent, and global delivery capabilities.
Founded in 2024 by Kousik Rajendran, Praveen Jayakumar, Ashwin Ram Ravichandran, and Aadharsh Ayappan, Aivar positions itself as an AI-focused technology services firm working with startups, tech-driven companies, and large enterprises. The company holds AWS validation and has built early productized AI accelerators across voice, data, and AI/ML workloads.
Despite being less than a year old, Aivar claims to have grown to over 80 customers, helping them shift AI initiatives from experimentation to real-world deployment. Operating as an end-to-end AI studio, Aivar provides strategy consulting, custom AI solution development, and managed AI operations.
The company has also developed proprietary accelerators such as:
-
Convogent AI – for multilingual conversational and voice applications
-
Velogent AI – for agentic process automation in regulated workflows
-
Kubogent AI – a Kubernetes-based infrastructure layer for hosting AI workloads
A notable use case includes a logistics SaaS company deploying Velogent AI to automate contract and invoice workflows, achieving its first implementation in 6–8 weeks.
With this latest funding, Aivar aims to deepen AI integration across enterprise workflows, focusing on automation, efficiency, and scalable AI adoption.
