On the afternoon of January 15th, the Future Tech Phase 2 Demo Day Project Roadshow, a sub – brand under the World Artificial Intelligence Conference, was successfully held at Cyberport in Hong Kong. As an important part of WAIC’s annual venture capital ecosystem, this event was themed “Intelligent Connectivity in the Greater Bay Area, Envisioning the Future”. It brought together 16 outstanding AI startup teams from across the country, showcasing the innovative achievements and practical approaches of artificial intelligence in cutting – edge fields such as digital twin, legal services, healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, low – altitude economy, and cognitive technology.
Launch of the Innovation Ecosystem: From Annual Event to Year – round Partner At the beginning of the event, the host introduced the positioning and mission of the WAIC Future Tech platform: It not only inherits the genes of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference but also aims to become a full – cycle partner that accompanies startups throughout the year. As a systematic innovation acceleration platform, its core mission is to effectively address the key pain points of startups in the early stage of development – difficulty in getting exposure, difficulty in financing, and difficulty in implementation – through high – frequency roadshows, precise resource matching, and full – ecosystem services.
Since its launch in 2024, Future Tech has gradually built a cross – regional and cross – field innovation ecosystem, continuously promoting the efficient connection of technology, capital, and scenarios. In 2026, Future Tech will continue to deepen its role as an ‘innovation accelerator’, expand its annual event matrix, strengthen industrial matching and overseas support, and help more high – quality projects reach the international stage, truly realizing the platform vision of “Year – round incubation, Full – process empowerment”.
Greater Bay Area Collaboration: Ecosystem Co – construction for Innovation Implementation
At the event site, Ms. Su Jie, the Director of Greater Bay Area and Mainland Affairs at Cyberport shared Cyberport’s ecological layout as a science and technology innovation hub in Hong Kong. She mentioned that Cyberport connects universities, accelerators, the government, and large enterprises in an ecosystem approach. Especially in fields such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and low – altitude economy, it provides all – round services such as computing power support, regulatory communication, and overseas matching to help startups expand scenarios and go global.
Ms. Huang Letong, the founder of the Asian Artificial Intelligence Startup Competition and the Secretary – General of the Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Innovation Association then introduced how the competition has become a “springboard for future unicorns”. She said that with the purpose of “Empowering the global future with artificial intelligence”, the competition promotes projects from technology to the market through a combination of measures such as a “HK$1 venture capital fund”, policy matching, capital connection, and overseas support. 118 projects have been collected in the Hong Kong leg, and nearly 800 projects have been collected nationwide, showing strong innovation vitality. Roadshow Focus: 16 Projects Demonstrate AI Empowering All Industries In the subsequent roadshow session, 16 teams took the stage one by one, demonstrating the in – depth application and business exploration of AI technology in different vertical fields:
● Shuchen Technology proposed an “AI Digital Entity Operating System”, aiming to break data silos, build a full – domain digital twin foundation, and let data return to the value subject.
● Zhifa Digital Technology The first science and technology innovation enterprise in Hong Kong focusing on cross – border legal and compliance AI applications, providing legal compliance intelligent agent product services and solutions for global enterprises, financial institutions, and law firms.
● Wenlv AI Focuses on intelligent contract review, providing enterprises with efficient and low – cost compliance risk control solutions.
● Ruifa Zhixing Launched the “Marriage Bao AI Assistant”, using warm – hearted technology to empower personal legal consultations and make professional services accessible.
● 0x Limited Built a multi – modal medical large – scale model, with clinical decision – making ability comparable to that of senior physicians, and has served over 700,000 health consultations globally.
● Meddcom AI The first AI4Health – To C team selected into the Digital Health Laboratory of the University of Hong Kong. It is applied in fields such as disease prediction, personalized health management, and rational drug use, and uses blockchain technology to solve the problem of medical data privacy, creating the first “health card” for users and patients.
● JustAI Launched an AI content marketing assistant to help small and medium – sized businesses efficiently create brand content and obtain accurate traffic.
● Xukong Boyi Tries to “quantify intuition”, combines game theory with AI to improve decision – making quality and explore new boundaries in cognitive science.
● Zhangjie Lingyi Built a “trustworthy and traceable business analysis intelligent agent” to help enterprises make accurate decisions based on real data.
● Atrust (Little A) Built a private – domain e – commerce AI partner based on trust, achieving high – value customer conversions through emotional interaction.
● Tuiqiao AI Focuses on an indoor design intelligent platform, improving design efficiency and originality through AI image generation, modification, and full – process assistance.
● AI SEMI Empowers semiconductor manufacturing with AI. Its “AI OPC” technology has increased the lithography correction efficiency by dozens of times and reduced the cost by over 95%.
● Alpha AI Combines autonomous drones with AI vision to achieve automated inspection and intelligent damage assessment of buildings, bridges, and slopes.
● OneOneTalk Built a “human growth system”, from personalized language partners to a full – scenario cognitive upgrade operating system, promoting AI – personalized teaching.
● DT Master Focuses on sustainable AI risks and compliance, helping enterprises efficiently deal with ESG, data, AI, and legal compliance challenges when going overseas.
● Paichen Intelligence Demonstrated an AI – powered comic production platform, shortening the animation production cycle from weeks to days and promoting cost – reduction and efficiency – improvement in the content industry.
