An Adelaide-based start-up delivering practice management software to more than 20,000 allied health professionals has secured its first offshore backer, attracting US venture capital firm Spectrum Equity to its latest funding round.

Street Talk can reveal Splose has added $46 million to the funding pot – a significant boost on its previous equity raising after sourcing $5 million from EVP in 2024, and marking the largest Series A raising from a software-as-a-service company in South Australian history.
