Creator commerce startup Wishlink raises $17.5 million, led by Vertex Ventures
Creator commerce platform Wishlink has raised $17.5 million in a round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, with participation from existing investors Fundamentum and Elevation Capital. The startup plans to use the funds to expand its creator and brand network and invest in technology to enhance its creator tools. Founded in 2022 by former IIT-Delhi alumni Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta, and Chandan Yadav, the Gurugram-based startup enables creators to drive commerce via their content.

MeltPlan raises $10 million in round led by Bessemer Venture Partners
Construction tech startup MeltPlan has raised $10 million in funding in a round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Europe-based venture capital firm Noa. The startup plans to utilise the funding to enhance its tech offering, strengthen its vertical AI stack, and expand its team. MeltPlan has an artificial intelligence (AI) system that optimises decision-making before construction begins.
“Construction problems don’t fail at execution; they fail at planning. Unlike software, you can’t fix a “bug” after a building is constructed. Late-stage changes in this sector are extremely costly,” said Kanav Hasija, cofounder and chief executive of MeltPlan.

AI marketing startup Gushwork raises $9 million from Susquehanna Asia VC
Agentic AI marketing startup Gushwork has raised $9 million in a funding round led by Susquehanna Asia VC, with participation from Lightspeed, B Capital, Seaborne Capital, Beenext, Sparrow Capital, and 2.2 Capital. The round takes the company’s total funding to $11 million. Founded in 2023 by Nayrhit Bhattacharya and Adithya Venkatesh, the startup builds autonomous AI marketing agents that help businesses get discovered on AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
The company said that over 300 businesses globally use its platform, with another 800 on its waitlist.

Spintly, a Goa-headquartered IoT and physical security startup, has raised $8 million in a funding round led by Accel, as it looks to expand adoption of its wireless, cloud-based and attendance systems for modern buildings across enterprise and commercial real estate markets.
The round also saw participation from Enrission India Capital, SucSEED Ventures, Alumni Ventures and Chakra Growth Fund. D2C home and kitchen brand HomeEssentials has raised ₹70 crore ($7.7 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by 360 ONE Asset, with participation from existing investor India Quotient.
The fresh capital will be used to expand its omnichannel footprint, strengthen its supply chain, and deepen its product portfolio across kitchen and home improvement categories.
Founded in 2024 by Tanishq Jain and Divyam Jain, HomeEssentials operates in the home products market with a design-led approach to functional, affordable household items. Its portfolio spans storage, cookware, furniture, and décor.

Wootzwork has raised $6.6 million in a Series A round of funding led by Z47 with participation from Nexus Venture Partners, AdvantEdge Founders, and Stride Ventures.

D2C food brand CURRYiT has raised ₹1.5 crore from Mohit Yadav, co-founder of Minimalist, on Shark Tank India, valuing the company at ₹45 crore.
Founded in 2020 by Richa Sharma and Nischal Kandula, CURRYiT offers clean-label instant wet masalas, ready-to-cook curries and biryani mixes designed to simplify everyday Indian cooking.
The brand currently sells over 40 SKUs, including curry pastes, Hyderabadi biryani paste, ginger garlic paste and preservative-free soups.

Deeptech startup Tattvam AI has emerged from stealth with $1.7 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Seedcamp, with participation from EWOR, Entropy Industrial Ventures, Concept Ventures and angel investor Stan Boland.
The London-based firm is building AI systems to automate semiconductor chip design.
“Current AI tools, even the most advanced LLMs, struggle with the deep structural understanding that chip design demands.
