Netta Rager Dan has joined Novee Security as VP Product. In this role, Netta will spearhead the company’s product strategy and execution, with a primary focus on scaling Novee’s AI Agents platform. The platform delivers autonomous penetration testing (AI Red Teaming) designed to uncover complex security vulnerabilities that traditional methods overlook.
Netta brings over a decade of experience in product leadership and data strategy, specializing in complex cybersecurity environments. For the past seven years, she has held key roles at Medigate and Claroty (following its acquisition of Medigate). Joining Medigate in its early stages, Netta was a key member of the team that built the product and defined the Healthcare IoT security category for global healthcare organizations.
Following the acquisition, Netta was promoted to Senior Director of Product Management at Claroty, where she led the Product Group for the xDome – a CPS (Cyber Physical Systems) Security solution, which was recognized as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. In this capacity, she managed cross-functional teams and led the delivery of core capabilities in the Threat Detection, Exposure Management, and Network Security Management areas.
Netta began her career as a Product Analyst at Wix, gaining expertise in building large-scale, data-driven products. She holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University, where she also served as a teaching assistant.
Novee has also appointed Nir Waintrob as Head of Customer Success, where he will lead the company’s customer support and engagement efforts. Nir brings many years of experience in customer service and support within technology companies. In his most recent role, he served as VP of Global Customer Success at CyCognito, where he led the CS function for over five years, during which the company experienced rapid growth, including building and managing global customer success teams. Prior to that, he held customer service and support roles at Check Point and Forcepoint.
Novee was founded in 2025 by Ido Geffen (CEO), Gon Chalamish (CPO), and Omer Ninburg (CTO). Within just four months of inception, Novee secured a $51.5 million seed round, marking one of the fastest funding cycles in the sector, led by YL Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Zeev Ventures.
