Mumbai: B2B fintech startup GetVantage has raised ₹63 crore, approximately $6.6 million, in a Series A1 funding round comprising equity and debt. The round was led by former RBL Bank managing director Rajeev Ahuja and investment firm SanRaj Group.
Existing investors Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund and VCMint also participated in the round. The latest transaction takes GetVantage’s total funding raised to more than $47 million.
GetVantage will use the capital to scale its financing infrastructure and increase its committed financing capacity to more than ₹700 crore. The company also plans to strengthen Capital Gateway, its application programming interface-led platform that allows marketplaces, logistics companies and other digital ecosystems to embed financing products for their merchant networks.
The platform uses business and cash-flow data to assess borrowers instead of relying exclusively on collateral or conventional credit histories. Its financing products include term loans, business loans, cash advances and other working-capital solutions aligned with the operating cycles of small businesses.
GetVantage provides financing ranging from ₹2 lakh to ₹20 crore to startups, micro, small and medium enterprises, digital businesses and e-commerce companies. The company said its platform has supported more than 2,000 businesses, including Arata, Rage Coffee, The Healthy Company and Elevar.
The company initially focused on revenue-based financing, under which repayments are linked to a business’s monthly revenue. It has subsequently expanded into cash-flow-based lending and embedded-finance infrastructure intended to connect institutional capital with small businesses through digital platforms.
Founded in 2019 by Bhavik Vasa and Amit Srivastava, Mumbai-headquartered GetVantage operates as a financing platform for MSMEs and digital businesses. Its wider product portfolio covers working-capital financing, marketplace-seller financing and embedded credit solutions. The company also operates through its Reserve Bank of India-licensed non-banking financial company, GetGrowth Capital.
