Jaipur AI Startup Vardan.ai Selected by MongoDB for Silicon Valley Founder Program

Jaipur-based AI startup Vardan.ai has been selected as one of the winners of the MongoDB Bengaluru Meets the Bay Challenge 2026, a flagship initiative organized by MongoDB in association with Cerebral Valley to identify and support promising Indian technology startups with global growth potential.

As part of the recognition, the Vardan.ai team has been awarded a fully sponsored trip to San Francisco, USA, where they will participate in SF Tech Week 2026, scheduled from October 5 to October 11. The curated founder program will provide selected startups with an opportunity to engage with the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, interact with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, technology leaders, and explore opportunities for global partnerships and expansion.

In addition to the Silicon Valley experience, Vardan.ai has also been awarded USD 50,000 in MongoDB Atlas credits, which will support the company’s AI infrastructure, accelerate product development, and enable it to further scale its AI Workforce Platform.

MongoDB is one of the world’s leading database technology companies, powering modern applications for thousands of startups, enterprises, and global brands worldwide. Through initiatives such as the MongoDB for Startups program and the Bengaluru Meets the Bay Challenge, the company empowers high-potential startups with technology resources, cloud credits, mentorship, and access to global innovation ecosystems, helping founders accelerate innovation and international growth.

Founded by Gourav Gupta, Vardan.ai is building an AI Workforce Platform that enables businesses to deploy human-like AI agents capable of handling sales, customer support, lead qualification, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and business operations through natural conversations. The platform allows organizations to manage AI agents as digital employees rather than relying solely on traditional workflow automation, helping businesses improve efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement.

Speaking on the achievement, Gourav Gupta, Founder of Vardan.ai, said:”Winning the MongoDB Bengaluru Meets the Bay Challenge is an important milestone for our team. It validates our vision of building AI employees that can understand instructions and execute business tasks like a human workforce. We are excited to represent India in Silicon Valley, learn from the global startup ecosystem, and bring those insights back to build a world-class AI company from India.”

The recognition marks a significant milestone for the Jaipur-based startup as it continues expanding its AI platform for businesses across healthcare, education, automotive, financial services, real estate, SaaS, and other sectors. Participation in MongoDB’s global founder initiative is expected to strengthen Vardan.ai’s technological capabilities, international network, and growth trajectory as it scales its AI-powered workforce solutions for businesses worldwide.
