Dubai: Emirates NBD has announced a strategic partnership with the Dubai Future District Fund (DFDF) aimed at accelerating innovation in financial technology and artificial intelligence while enhancing customer experiences across its banking operations.

Under the collaboration, the two organisations will work together to identify, pilot and adopt advanced technology solutions designed to improve the efficiency, quality and effectiveness of financial services for customers across the UAE.

The partnership will provide Emirates NBD with access to a curated pipeline of enterprise-grade FinTech and AI solutions, while creating opportunities for collaboration with startups and companies within DFDF’s investment portfolio.

Supporting digital transformation

The initiative will enable the bank to launch structured pilot programmes and explore commercial deployment opportunities that align with its strategic priorities and digital transformation agenda.

  • Next-generation banking infrastructure

Emirates NBD said the partnership strengthens its ability to identify scalable technologies that can improve customer experiences, enhance operational efficiency and strengthen risk management frameworks.
