Three medtech startups win global launchpad at HealthSprint 2026

Three South Indian medtech startups have emerged as winners of HealthSprint 2026, a joint initiative of the Consulate General of Israel in Bengaluru and Bengaluru-based Techstartup Accelerator GINSERV, aimed at helping Indian healthcare innovators strengthen their businesses, investability and expand into global markets.

The winners were announced after the shortlisted startups pitched their solutions to a panel of cohort guides, mentors and investors from India and Israel.

The three winners are:

• BioCipher Labs, Bengaluru – an AI-powered molecular diagnostics startup.
• Prodancy, Bengaluru – a medtech company that has developed an indigenous surgical helmet for joint replacement procedures, aimed at replacing imported consumables.
• Mykare.ai, Kochi – an AI-native patient management platform designed for clinics and smaller hospitals.

The winners will receive a fully funded, one-week immersive programme in Israel, giving them an opportunity to engage with the country’s healthcare and innovation ecosystem and explore pathways to validate, scale and expand their businesses into global markets.

Speaking about the India-Israel collaboration, Max Shmagin, Deputy Consul General, Consulate General of Israel for South India in Bengaluru, said, “When Indians and Israelis cooperate in sectors such as healthcare, the value goes up. Israel has built a strong health-tech ecosystem, and bringing these capabilities together creates an opportunity to validate and scale solutions between our two countries.”
