- Macrokiosk expands workforce healthcare support with FutureK’s hybrid digital and medical benefits
- Partnership reflects a broader shift towards more connected and continuous workforce healthcare support

Macrokiosk and Heydoc Health have announced a collaboration to introduce FutureK, Heydoc Health’s hybrid employee medical benefits solution, to Macrokiosk’s workforce.
The collaboration was formalised at Macrokiosk’s Founders’ Theatre in Kuala Lumpur.
As an enterprise solutions platform company, Macrokiosk is committed to providing future-forward healthcare benefits for its workforce, guided by the principles of “Care. Connected. Covered.”
This approach reflects Macrokiosk’s broader commitment to workforce welfare, encompassing seamless access to healthcare support, comprehensive coverage and greater peace of mind when it comes to health matters.
Through the collaboration, Macrokiosk is looking beyond traditional medical benefits to support its workforce’s broader wellness needs, including preventive care, everyday health management and mental health support.
“Caring for our workforce means giving them the support and confidence to manage their health, not only when they are unwell, but throughout their everyday lives,” said Henry Goh, co-founder of Macrokiosk.
“Our collaboration with Heydoc Health reflects the progressive and future-forward workforce welfare we want to create while supporting a fellow Malaysian-founded company. Through FutureK, we are making comprehensive healthcare support more accessible while demonstrating that our workforce’s well-being remains a fundamental priority within Macrokiosk.”
FutureK combines digital healthcare access with coordinated medical benefits to support employees across different stages of their health journey. Its hybrid approach is designed to make it easier for employees to seek timely assistance, manage everyday health concerns and access appropriate support through a connected healthcare experience.
“Macrokiosk’s decision to adopt FutureK reflects a progressive understanding of workforce healthcare, one that extends beyond treating illness to supporting prevention, everyday well-being and mental health,” said Dr Raymond Choy, founder and CEO of Heydoc Health.
“We are proud to work with Macrokiosk to provide its workforce with convenient and continuous healthcare support, and we look forward to building a healthier, more confident workforce together.”
The collaboration brings together two Malaysian organisations with a shared belief that technology and thoughtful benefit design can make healthcare more accessible, connected and responsive to employees’ evolving needs.
Macrokiosk’s workforce will begin accessing FutureK in September 2026.
