AntX, an Egyptian company specializing in research and development execution and R&D-as-a-Service, has announced the acquisition of Magnum Egypt, an education technology startup focused on robotics and electronics training.

The deal marks a strategic move to accelerate the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Upper Egypt by integrating advanced technology solutions with structured talent development initiatives.

AntX designs and develops electronic solutions, embedded systems, Internet of Things technologies and industrial automation applications. The company works with businesses and institutions across multiple sectors and has expanded its footprint from Upper Egypt into broader regional markets.

Magnum Egypt was founded as an educational startup dedicated to teaching robotics programming and electronics to students. The company delivers hands-on learning programs and collaborates with schools and educational institutions to equip students, particularly in Upper Egypt and other governorates, with early technical skills.
