Bengaluru-based AI transformation company Vecton AI has raised Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC, with participation from other investors.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate the development of enterprise-ready AI solutions, strengthen Vecton AI’s Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model and expand its presence across the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector.
The company will also use the funding to improve customer experiences and support better decision-making within financial institutions.
Helping Financial Institutions Move AI From POC to Production
Founded last year by Himanshu Goyal and Gaurav Mandlecha, Vecton AI works with financial institutions to build production-ready and compliant AI and autonomous agent systems.
The Bengaluru-based startup primarily serves mid-market and enterprise BFSI customers, helping them move AI projects from the proof-of-concept stage into live production environments.
Vecton AI focuses on the gap between AI experimentation and practical implementation. Rather than stopping at pilot projects, the company works with enterprise teams to identify relevant business use cases, develop customised AI solutions and deploy them within operational environments.
Its Forward Deployed Engineer model is designed to align AI solutions with business priorities, operational requirements and broader enterprise goals. The approach is aimed at helping financial institutions integrate AI into real-world workflows and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Vecton AI Has 10 Customers
Vecton AI claims to work exclusively with mid-market and enterprise financial institutions and currently has 10 customers, including several publicly listed companies.
According to the company, its AI solutions are already deployed in live production environments across these customers.
The startup’s latest funding comes at a time when investors are showing continued interest in AI applications designed specifically for financial services.
Recent activity in the segment includes Navanc, which raised Rs 10.5 crore in a pre-Series A round to build AI-native banking infrastructure. Kalpi, an AI-powered investment platform, has also raised early-stage funding.
AI and Fintech Funding Continues to Grow
The broader Indian fintech ecosystem also saw strong funding activity in June 2026. Indian fintech startups raised $935.5 million across 10 deals during the month.
The funding momentum has increasingly extended to startups developing AI solutions for banks, insurers, lenders and other BFSI institutions. Areas such as automation, compliance and enterprise decision-making are attracting growing investor attention as financial institutions look to move from AI experimentation towards practical deployment.
With its latest funding, Vecton AI plans to deepen its work with financial institutions, expand its FDE-led delivery model and build more enterprise-ready AI and autonomous agent solutions for the BFSI sector.
