More than 1,000 young AI builders from across Bangladesh took part in the Infinity AI BuildFest 2026 at BRAC University in Dhaka on Friday.
The day-long event, billed by organisers as Bangladesh’s largest AI hackathon, was organised by CloudCamp Bangladesh and co-organised by BRAC University. It ran from 7am to 8pm and brought together 208 selected teams, chosen from more than 3,500 registered participants through a national screening process.
Participants presented production-ready AI solutions across five innovation tracks: EdTech, MarTech, HealthTech, E-Commerce and InfoTech. Organisers said 11 expert judging panels assessed the teams through live demonstrations and independent scoring.
The champion teams in each track received Tk 50,000, while runners-up received Tk 30,000. Winners of the VIBE Coding to Production Challenge received Tk 10,000 each. Winning teams also received crests, certificates and the opportunity to join the Global Showcase Roadmap.
In the MarTech track, Breaking BRAC from BRAC University was named champion, while InnoAiVerse from Flowgenx.ai was runner-up. In EdTech, The Tokenizers from Daffodil International University won first place, followed by Orbit SaaS from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology.
In HealthTech, Team Duoguard from Daffodil International University was named champion, with Team CCN from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology as runner-up. In E-Commerce, Ghost Hunter from Milestone College won the top award, while NITER_Xenovariants from the National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research placed second.
CyberShield AI from the Bangladesh Institute for Judicial Advancement won the InfoTech track. NISH, also known as RoBenDevs, was named runner-up.
The top five winners of the VIBE Coding to Production Challenge were Md Asim Alam Chowdhury from the University of Dhaka, Tanvir Ahmod from Southeast University, Md Bazlur Rahman Likhon from UPSTRA Communications Limited, Nayeemuzzaman from North South University and Adib Rahman from the Islamic University of Technology.
