Nexedge Capital Raises $20 Million to Scale Wealth Management Platform

Nexedge Capital

Company: Nexedge Capital

Funding: $20 million

Investors: Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Elev8 Venture Partners

Sector: WealthTech / Wealth Management

New Delhi-based wealth management firm Nexedge Capital has raised $20 million in its maiden funding round led by Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Elev8 Venture Partners.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen Nexedge’s technology platform, expand its senior banker network and grow its presence across India, including tier II and tier III cities. The company also plans to build a dedicated NRI proposition and launch an NBFC business.

Founded in February 2025 by Anirudha Taparia, Nexedge provides wealth management and multi-family office services covering investments, portfolio management, estate planning, business expansion and global mobility. Unlike traditional wealth managers that primarily focus on investible assets, the company aims to manage a family’s overall net worth.

Nexedge caters to high net worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNIs), families and corporates. The company claims to have crossed $3 billion in assets under management (AUM) across around 1,300 clients within 18 months of starting operations.

The company has also onboarded more than 95 senior bankers and expects another 50 to 60 bankers to join in 2026 as it expands its wealth management network.

Before founding Nexedge, Anirudha Taparia served as Co-Founder and Joint CEO of 360 ONE Wealth, where he helped build its wealth management business. He is joined at Nexedge by Co-Founders Sidhartha Shaw, Vijeeta Sharma and Pankaj Walia, along with 15 founding partners with experience across Citibank, Kotak Wealth, 360 ONE and Standard Chartered.

The latest funding comes as India’s wealthtech sector continues to attract investor interest. According to data compiled by Entrackr, Indian wealthtech startups raised more than $634 million across 51 funding deals involving 39 startups during 2024 and 2025.

Other recent funding rounds in the segment include Veriqus, which raised around $40 million, AssetPlus at $19.3 million, Wint Wealth at $28 million, Neo Group at $36.3 million and Bachatt at $12 million.

The funding gives Nexedge additional capital to scale its technology-led wealth management offering, expand its reach beyond major cities and build new services for India’s growing base of affluent and high-net-worth customers.
