Commercial electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has secured an additional Rs 50 crore in funding in a round co-led by Abhishek Misra (SKG Asset Management and SKG Fund), Unistone Capital, Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, and Brijesh Parekh Family Office.
The latest investment comes as the company continues to expand its electric mobility business and explores opportunities for a future entry into the public markets.
The funding follows another capital raise earlier this month, when OSM secured Rs 50 crore from investors including Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma. With the latest infusion, the company has raised a total of Rs 100 crore in fresh funding within a short span.
The newly raised capital will be directed towards increasing manufacturing capacity, strengthening research and development capabilities, expanding its dealer and service network, and accelerating the launch of next-generation electric mobility solutions.
Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility said, “This fundraising marks a significant milestone for Omega Seiki Mobility as we move into the next phase of our growth journey. The confidence shown by our investors strongly validates our vision, execution capabilities, and long-term strategy. Over the past eight years, we have built the company on a foundation of manufacturing excellence, innovation, and financial discipline. We remain focused on building scalable electric mobility solutions that create long-term value for our customers, partners, and investors.”
Founded in 2018, Omega Seiki Mobility has established itself as a player in India’s electric commercial vehicle segment, offering a portfolio that includes electric cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles.
OSM currently operates 150 customer touchpoints across India and plans to increase the number to 250 by FY28. The company believes the expansion will help strengthen market penetration and improve customer accessibility in key regions.
Beyond the domestic market, OSM is also evaluating international growth opportunities, with Africa emerging as one of the key regions under consideration for future expansion.
The investment comes at a time when the company is reporting stronger financial performance. OSM recorded approximately Rs 333 crore in revenue in FY26, reflecting 13 percent year-on-year growth. The company also achieved profit after tax (PAT) positivity, despite ongoing challenges such as global supply chain disruptions and rising raw material costs.
The company operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and continues to build an integrated ecosystem spanning manufacturing, distribution, service, and technology. OSM also serves several enterprise and logistics customers, including Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé, among others.
