Milan-based legal artificial intelligence company Lexroom announced Tuesday the acquisitions of French legal research and analysis platform Query Juriste and Bulgarian legal research, analysis and drafting provider Praven Intelekt.
Financial details of the purchases were not disclosed.
The founding teams of both acquired companies will join Lexroom, with plans for their products to be gradually incorporated into Lexroom’s platform.
