The funding momentum continued through the second week of June, with investors backing ventures spanning artificial intelligence, deeptech, electric mobility and healthcare.

While AI had a sweet spot among investors, capital also flowed into sectors such as precision oncology, paediatric healthcare and D2C brands, showing continued investor appetite for category-defining businesses.

Paediatric healthcare startup Hoola Health raises $5 million from Peak XV’s Surge, others

Paediatric healthcare startup Hoola Health, formerly known as BabyMD, has raised $5 million in a funding round led by Peak XV Partners’ seed investment platform Surge, as it looks to expand its network of child-focused clinics. Existing investor W Health Ventures also participated in the round, along with multiple angel investors, including Ashish Gupta, Abhishek Goyal and Bijou Kurien.

The Bengaluru-headquartered startup, founded in 2024 by Deeksha Senguttuvan, offers paediatric consultations, vaccinations, diagnostics, developmental assessments and therapy services through neighbourhood clinics, supported by digital tools for parents.

Deeptech startup Ethereal Machines raises $28.5 million from Avataar Ventures, Peak XV, others

Precision manufacturing startup Ethereal Machines has raised $28.5 million in a round led by Avataar Ventures, with participation from Peak XV Partners and others. The Bengaluru-based deeptech startup was founded in 2014 by Kaushik Mudda and Navin Jain.

It designs and builds proprietary multi-axis CNC machines (automated tools that cut and carve) and operates a machining-as-a-service (MaaS) business supplying high-precision components to aerospace, defence, healthcare and semiconductor clients.

The company’s flagship CNC machines, Aura and Nimbus, deliver sub-10-micron accuracy, a standard it claims is a first for Indian manufacturing.

Rivvun AI raises $7.55 mn co-led by Sitara Capital, 3one4 Capital

Rivvun AI, an enterprise software startup, has raised $7.55 million in seed funding round co-led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital. The fresh funding will be utilised to scale its autonomous AI platform which identifies and recovers spend and revenue leakages arising from contract and financial settlement processes in enterprises.

Founded by Anand Veerkar, Niranjan Umarane and Patrick Linton, Rivvun AI is headquartered in Seattle and has an engineering centre in Pune.

Sportstech platform Dartle raises $100K in seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures

Dartle, a B2B SaaS platform serving youth sports and football academies worldwide, on Thursday said that it has raised $100K in seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures.

“The fresh capital will be used to expand Dartle’s go‑to‑market strategy, accelerate US expansion through strategic growth channels and strengthen the platform with AI integrations and partner engagement, rapidly accelerate our footprint across the US and European markets, building a global category leader from India,” said Nihal Pradeep, co-founder and CEO, Dartle.

4baseCare closes ₹128 Cr series B funding

Precision oncology startup 4baseCare has raised an additional ₹38 crore in funding led by growX Ventures with participation from existing investors, taking its total series B funding to ₹128 crore.

The company had earlier announced a ₹90 crore series B round co-led by Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi, with participation from existing investor Yali Capital. 4baseCare said the fresh capital will be used to expand its genomics laboratory network globally and scale OncoTwin, its AI-powered precision oncology platform designed to support cancer treatment decision-making.

Manam Chocolate raises $9 mn series A funding led by Omnivore

Premium craft chocolate brand Manam Chocolate has raised $9 million in a series A funding round led by Omnivore, with participation from the Turner Morrison consortium. The company said the fresh capital will be used to accelerate expansion, including the launch of new retail locations across the Delhi-NCR region over the next 12 months. Founded in 2021 by Chaitanya Muppala, Manam Chocolate has built a vertically integrated craft chocolate business that controls the value chain from cacao sourcing and fermentation to chocolate production and retail experiences.

Exponent Energy raises ₹200 crore led by 360 ONE Asset, TDK Ventures

Exponent Energy, a startup that claims to provide 15-minute rapid charging for electric vehicles (EVs), has raised ₹200 crore ($21.1 million) in a funding round co-led by 360 ONE Asset and TDK Ventures. The Bengaluru-based company plans to use the funds to expand its charging network for commercial electric vehicles across India.

The round also saw participation from Hitachi Ventures, marking the global industrial investor’s first bet in India in the energy sector, along with existing backers Eight Roads Ventures, Lightspeed, 3one4 Capital, AdvantEdge VC and YourNest, which invested an additional $4 million through its Continuum Fund. The latest fundraising takes Exponent Energy’s total funding to $65.7 million.

Mygate closes ₹225 crore deal with Dharana Capital

Housing society management platform Mygate has closed a ₹225 crore deal with Dharana Capital, which has backed the likes of Urban Company and Deepinder Goyal-backed Temple. Of this, about ₹100 crore is primary capital, while the remaining ₹125 crore is a secondary transaction in which early investors, including Prime Venture Partners, and some senior employees sold shares, according to people aware of the matter.

The investment values the Bengaluru-based startup at around ₹2,000-2,200 crore, sources said, compared to its last valuation of around ₹1,600-1,700 crore in 2023. MyGate has so far raised about $84 million from investors like Tiger Global, Prime Venture Partners, and Tencent.

Integra Robotics raises $1.12 mn pre-series A funding

Deeptech startup Integra Robotics has raised $1.12 million in a pre-series A funding round led by Finvolve and India Accelerator, with participation from GrowthCap Venture Fund.

The round also includes a liquidity component for early angel investors and comes as the company prepares for a larger series A raise.

Founded in Bengaluru, Integra Robotics is building an AI platform that combines human oversight with machine autonomy for complex real-world environments. Its product portfolio includes collaborative robotic arms, industrial robots, unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), advanced vision systems and task-specific platforms for manufacturing, warehouse automation, defence, security and subsea applications.

Helionis Labs raises pre-seed funding from Transition VC

Helionis Labs has raised a pre-seed funding round from Transition VC as it seeks to develop thermal-management materials for high-power electronics. Further details of the deal remain undisclosed.

The startup plans to use the capital to strengthen research and development, expand its engineering team, complete certifications and reliability testing, accelerate OEM prototyping programmes and establish a pilot manufacturing line.
