


Based in Gurugram, CollegeDekho said Jindal will join its core leadership team and oversee finance, legal and compliance functions, with a focus on corporate governance, capital efficiency and long-term strategic planning. The appointment follows CarDekho Group’s $10 million investment in CollegeDekho announced last year.
A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience, Jindal has worked across early-stage startups and listed companies, including Scaler, SugarBox, Zee Group and Devyani International. He has also previously been associated with the CarDekho Group, where he played a key role in strategic planning, fundraising and financial transformation initiatives while serving as Director – Finance.
Jindal said education has been a long-standing focus in his career and described his return to the CarDekho Group as a homecoming. He added that his priority would be to strengthen governance and financial practices while creating long-term value for stakeholders.
Founded in 2015, CollegeDekho helps students explore higher education opportunities in India and overseas. The company is currently expanding its footprint in Tier II and Tier III cities through its ‘CollegeDekho Assured’ programme and guided over 4 million students through admissions last year.Source link
