The Avendus Wealth-Hurun India U30 List 2026 features 102 under-30 entrepreneurs building businesses in technology, consumer brands, healthcare, aerospace and retail. Some founders, among them, are still under 25 and this is a reflection of the fact that India’s startup ecosystem is increasingly driven by younger entrepreneurs.

1. Onkar Singh Batra (20),  Founder, Apolink

The youngest entrepreneur on this year’s list is Onkar Singh Batra, who is the founder of Apolink, a spacetech startup that builds broadband infrastructure for low-Earth-orbit (LEO) satellite networks.

2. Dhravya Shah, 20, Founder, Supermemory

Dhravya Shah is one of the youngest entrepreneurs on the list. She co-founded Supermemory, an AI-powered knowledge management platform that helps users organise and retrieve information.

3. Naman Pushp (21) | Co-founder & CEO, Airbound

Naman Pushp is the founder of Airbound, a startup building autonomous drone systems for mid-mile logistics and medical deliveries.

4. Aadit Palicha (23), Zepto, co-founder

Zepto, a quick-commerce platform, was co-founded by Aadit Palicha, one of India’s best-known startup founders. He also has the largest LinkedIn following among this year’s U30 entrepreneurs, the report notes.

5. Kaivalya Vohra (23), Co-founder, Zepto

Kaivalya Vohra co-founded Zepto with Aadit Palicha. The pair founded the company as teenagers and turned it into one of India’s leading quick-commerce platforms.

6. Siva Arul Durai Suraj Kannaa (23), Addl. Director, Saravana Stores Elite

Siva Arul Durai Suraj Kannaa, who works as a Jewellery Retail Representative, is heading the next phase of growth at Saravana Stores Elite.

7. Shreya Mittal (23), Co-founder of Cava Athleisure

Shreya Mittal is one of the youngest women entrepreneurs to feature in this year’s rankings and is the co-founder of Cava Athleisure, a premium activewear brand.

8. AVR Shree Smaran (23), Director, AVR Swarna Mahal Jewels

AVR Shree Smaran is the new generation of leadership team of AVR Swarna Mahal Jewellers, a leading jewellery retailer in Tamil Nadu.

9. Anjali Sardana, Founder, Pronto (23)

Anjali Sardana, the founder of on-demand home services platform Pronto, is one of the youngest women entrepreneurs on the list.

10. Arjun Deshpande (24), Founder and CEO, Generic Aadhaar

Completing the under-25 contingent is Arjun Deshpande, whose healthcare startup Generic Aadhaar is building a pharmacy network to ensure access to affordable generic medicines.
