For some students, learning becomes easier when they can see and experience what they are being taught. That is the idea behind Metatesk, an education platform created by Gunay Imanzade. Its virtual classrooms allow students and teachers to explore scientific concepts through interactive 3D environments. The company is also looking at how artificial intelligence reaches its answers through its research lab, Another Mind.
Student Melisa Yildiz says this kind of approach changes the role of the learner, allowing students to explore, interact and feel part of the lesson rather than simply listening from their desks.
