New Zealand-born funds administration and registry services platform Caruso is setting sail for Sydney after a significant valuation uplift.
Street Talk can reveal the start-up has finalised a $9.3 million capital raising in a funding round led by Kiwi venture capital firms Icehouse Ventures and GD1 and Sydney-based private credit firm Balmain, at an $80 million valuation. Former chief executive of technology companies Xnor.ai and Auth0, Jon Gelsey, also tipped in.
