Utsav Bisaria’s journey into entrepreneurship began far from the world of veterinary care. A Chartered Accountant by qualification and originally from Delhi, he co-founded Dr Doodley with a clear vision of transforming how pet healthcare is delivered in India. What started as an idea to address inefficiencies in the ecosystem has now evolved into a fast-growing startup based in Bengaluru, steadily expanding its footprint.

Initiatives such as standardized and affordable surgical procedures (Flat 10,000 for any surgery) reflect this commitment to making quality healthcare more widely available.

Expanding Across India’s Urban Markets

Currently operational in Bengaluru, Dr Doodley will be Planning expanding to Hyderabad and is preparing to enter other major cities, including Delhi and Mumbai. The company’s expansion strategy is focused on establishing a strong presence in urban centers where demand for structured pet healthcare is rapidly increasing.

This phased growth approach allows the company to maintain service quality while scaling its hospital and home-care network.
