The round was led by banking veteran Rajeev Ahuja and investment firm SanRaj Group. Existing investors Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund and VCMint also participated.

GetVantage said the transaction will take its committed financing capacity to more than Rs 700 crore.

The startup plans to use the funding to expand its operations and scale its Capital Gateway, an API-based platform designed to connect small businesses with financing providers.

The platform allows B2B ecommerce companies, online marketplaces and logistics firms to embed financing options for merchants within their ecosystems.

Founded by Bhavik and Amit Srivastava, GetVantage said it is working to make Capital Gateway ‘AI-native’, with the aim of providing faster, more data-driven access to working capital for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

The startup uses business cash flows, alternative data and predictive analytics when assessing applications, rather than relying solely on collateral and conventional credit records.

Its financing products include revenue-based financing, term loans, business loans and merchant cash advances designed around the operating cycles of smaller companies. It offers financing ranging from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 20 crore and says its platform has supported more than 2,000 businesses.

GetVantage has also introduced financing programmes aimed at specific groups of businesses. It launched a Rs 250 crore fund for B2B SaaS startups in January 2024, followed by the Rs 100 crore Rise-Up Fund for women-led businesses in March that year.
