Indian healthtech startup Clinics On Cloud has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round from investors in Dubai.
The company plans to use the funds to expand its healthcare technology business and enter new international markets.
Based in Pune, Clinics On Cloud received the investment through Model42, a healthcare and wellness investment platform backed by Enlightened Minds Investments.
The funding will help the company improve its artificial intelligence (AI) technology, increase research and development (R&D) spending, and expand its network of connected healthcare facilities.
The company also plans to use the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a base for its international operations as it looks to enter more markets.

Funding to Support Technology and Business Growth
Founded in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal, Clinics On Cloud develops healthcare solutions that make basic medical services more accessible. Its product range includes Health ATMs, Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units. These facilities allow people to access health screenings and other medical services without having to visit a traditional hospital.
Its Health ATMs are equipped with medical devices that can carry out basic health checks and generate digital reports. Patients can also access telemedicine consultations and receive AI-supported health insights based on their screening results.
The company plans to use the new funding to improve these services and introduce additional screening features. It will also explore partnerships with international healthcare providers and technology companies to bring more AI-based solutions into its platform.
Clinics On Cloud said it has completed more than 3,500 deployments and conducted over 12 million health screenings across eight countries. Its facilities are used in government health centres, hospitals, corporate offices and rural communities. The company also works with Indian defence establishments, including the Army, Navy and Border Security Force (BSF).
The latest funding round values the company at approximately Rs. 600 crore, or around $63.3 million, according to Inc42. The company will also invest in expanding its manufacturing capacity and building partnerships to support its operations.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Abhay Agarwal said the company had spent eight years developing solutions based on the idea that access to healthcare should not depend on where people live. He said the latest investment would help the company take its services to more countries.
UAE to Lead International Expansion Plans
Clinics On Cloud plans to make the UAE its main base for international expansion. From there, the company aims to explore opportunities in Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia.
It plans to work with local healthcare providers, technology companies and other business partners to introduce its connected healthcare facilities in these markets. The partnerships will help the company expand its network and reach more people through its screening and medical services.
The expansion comes as healthcare providers look for ways to make medical services more accessible, particularly in areas where hospitals and clinics are limited. Technology-based screening facilities and telemedicine services are increasingly being used to bring basic healthcare closer to communities.
Clinics On Cloud’s approach is to set up smaller healthcare facilities in places where people can access them easily. Its Health ATMs and mobile medical units can be installed in workplaces, rural areas, hospitals and government facilities.
The funding also reflects continued investor interest in India’s healthtech sector, particularly in companies developing technology-based healthcare services. Several startups in the sector have attracted investment as demand for preventive healthcare and digital medical solutions continues to grow.
Preventive healthcare startup Cent raised $15 million in October 2026, while medical imaging technology company CARPL.ai secured $10 million in July.
