Gurugram-based EV mobility platform Trevel has raised $1 million in a funding round co-led by India Accelerator, Finvolve, the Haldiram Family Office, and Rohit Qamra. The fresh capital is intended to support fleet expansion, technology development, marketing initiatives, and operational strengthening for the startup.Additional participation in the round came from RMRN Ventures, BP Jain Holdings, Bipin Preet Singh, Aakash Goyal, Aakash Anand, and Aditya Singh, among others. The company, founded in 2025 by Mishu Ahluwalia, Rishi Raj Kochhar, and Sahil Jindal, focuses on EV-based airport transfers, city rides, and hourly rentals.Trevel currently operates its services across Delhi NCR, utilising a fleet that includes models such as the MG Windsor EV, MG ZS EV, Kia Carens Clavis EV, and BYD e6. To facilitate its expansion plans, the startup has also signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with MG Motor India and Kia India.The company aims to expand its fleet significantly, with plans to add approximately 25 vehicles each month. This strategy targets a total fleet size of 500 vehicles by March 2027, indicating an aggressive growth trajectory in the EV mobility space.Trevel recently rolled out Trevel 2.0, an updated version of its proprietary technology platform. The startup reports having completed more than 5,000 rides to date, with a notable user retention rate where over 70% of its customers return for repeat bookings.
