Gurugram has shifted from its agricultural and industrial roots to become one of Delhi NCR’s strongest enterprise-tech bases, building software that streamlines operations, automates workflows, secures data and drives digital transformation for SMEs and large enterprises. The city sits within Haryana’s 8,600-plus DPIIT-recognised startup pool and anchors nearly 20 of the region’s unicorns, including OYO, Urban Company, Delhivery, Zomato, Lenskart, Cars24 and OfBusiness.
Funding is concentrated among a clear set of leaders. Per Inc42 Datalabs, Fashinza, a B2B apparel and manufacturing supply-chain marketplace, has raised $155.3 Mn; DotPe, which builds order-and-payment infrastructure for merchants, $93.5 Mn; cloud-communications provider Knowlarity Communications $42.5 Mn; and climate-focused Varaha, a carbon-removal platform, $32.7 Mn. The mix captures how Gurugram’s B2B builders span commerce enablement, communications and sustainability tooling.
Nationally, enterprise tech raised $1.8 Bn in 2024, and Gurugram’s founders feed directly off Delhi NCR’s corporate and SME demand. The wider region raised $2.2 Bn or more across 224 deals in 2025 to hold second place among Indian hubs, and $917 Mn across 134 deals in H1 2026, with deal count up 16% year on year even as value cooled. Healthtech SaaS firm Innovaccer raised a $275 Mn Series F in January 2025, underlining the depth of enterprise software in the region.
Policy is reinforcing the base. In March 2025, Haryana announced an INR 2,000 Cr Fund of Funds to catalyse private investment and back the next wave of startup growth. With that, here is the list of the top funded enterprise-tech startups in Gurugram, ranked by total funding.
