SportVot, a sports-tech startup, has raised Rs 32.7 crore in a funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from Anicut Capital, Let’s Venture, Capital A, Succeed Innovation, Garima Vohra, and Gaurav Chanana of Lucifer Circus & Lucifer Sports, among others.

Founded in 2019 by Siddhant Agarwal, Shubhangi Gupta, and Yash Bhagwatkar, the platform aims to offer an AI-driven production, data, and streaming solution stack covering the full broadcast lifecycle.

The sports streaming platform has already streamed over 500,000 matches across more than 30 countries and reaches an audience of over 100 million viewers. With growing traction across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, SportVot is positioning itself at the intersection of sports, media, and technology.

“With participation in grassroots and recreational sports rising rapidly, we are seeing strong demand for accessible broadcast and streaming solutions. This funding allows us to expand internationally and invest further in our AI-led production and distribution capabilities,” said Siddhant Agarwal, co-founder of SportVot.

The company primarily monetises its platform by charging tournament organisers and sports bodies for video production and streaming services, while also generating revenue through pay-per-view, subscriptions, and brand partnerships.

SportVot’s offering focuses on enabling coverage for the long tail of sports, where a lack of access to affordable production and broadcast infrastructure has historically limited visibility and monetisation opportunities.
