
The Western Women’s Center in Incheon will begin recruiting students for its “2026 Third-Term Social Education” program on the 16th, featuring certification and practical courses such as Western cuisine cook, computerized accounting, and licensed real estate agent. A total of 74 courses across eight fields will run for 11 weeks from July 6 to September 26.
Along with certification and practical programs, the offerings include startup-linked courses such as Korean desserts and haircutting.
The curriculum consists of: certification acquisition (picture book instructor, Western cuisine cook, etc.); employment and startup (Korean desserts, haircutting, etc.); IT specialization (computer basics, computerized accounting, etc.); foreign languages (English, Chinese, etc.); culture academy (pungmul nanta, haegeum, etc.); wellness and health (walking, yoga, etc.); weekend special lectures (weekend cooking, guitar, etc.); and short-term education (ukulele, ink painting, etc.).
Applications will proceed in stages. Priority recruitment runs from June 16 to 17, and general recruitment from the 18th to July 3. Incheon residents aged 18 or older can register online on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the “Children and Youth Guitar Class” is open to students from the third grade of elementary school through the third grade of high school.
Tuition ranges from 36,000 won to 60,000 won for three months, while the licensed real estate agent course, which runs for 17 weeks, costs 80,000 won. More details are available on the Western Women’s Center website.
