The round was led by Kriscore Capital, with participation from Eximius Ventures and Indigram Labs Foundation. Myca develops technology that converts field communications such as messages, calls and photographs into structured workflows. The company plans to strengthen its product and engineering capabilities while expanding enterprise deployments across multiple international markets.

Singapore-based digital asset firm ReserveX has launched a range of crypto derivatives and structured products for accredited and institutional investors. The company’s offerings include Accumulators, Decumulators, Covered Calls and Fixed Coupon Notes linked to digital assets. ReserveX operates through an over-the-counter trading desk and supports assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum and other major cryptocurrencies. The company is a subsidiary of Independent Reserve Group, but its derivative products are separate from Independent Reserve’s regulated payment services.
